A brief discussion about safety issues in relation to human biological drugs (biotherapeutic products). The presentation is targeting researchers who wish to submit drug applications to the government for review and approval.
题目：2) Molecular Adjuvants: Role in Gene Therapy and Genetic Immunization (length of presentation: 30-45 minutes)
A variety of cytokines have been used as immune stimulatory agents for cancer therapy or vaccination against infectious diseases. The presentation will be focused on live virus as vectors in conjunction with molecular adjuvants. The molecular adjuvant is designed to target the virus to antigen-presentation cells. Our findings reveal significant alterations of immune responses following targeted gene therapy and reinforce the notion of tailored formulation of gene therapy and genetic immunization.
