题目:Polymer Nanoparticles for Molecular Imaging
摘要:The biological application of polymeric nanoparticles is a rapidly developing area of nanotechnology that raises new possibilities in the diagnosis and treatment of human cancers. We have prepared self-assembled polymeric nanoparticles for theragnostic imaging of tumors. Near-infrared fluorescent-labeled polymeric nanoparticles visualized the accumulation of polymeric nanoparticles at tumor sites. By using NIR polymeric nanoparticles, the frequencies of drug treatment, therapeutic efficacies of polymeric macromolecular drugs could be evaluated.
