2黄士昂

华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院及湖北省干细胞研究与应用中心主任,血液病研究所副所长,湖北省生物靶向治疗重点实验室主任。1983年获同济医科大学学士学位(医疗系),1986年获同济医科大学内科血液专业硕士学位,导师王辩明教授、李崇渔教授,1986-1989年在同济医科大学附属协和医院内科、血液病研究所任住院医师和主治医师。1989年至2001在美国从事医学研究十多年,先后在Becton DickinsonApply Imaging,加州大学圣迭哥分校肿瘤中心等做博士后、研究科学家、高级科学家、副研究员和首席技术执行官。在国际专业杂志发表论文20余篇,SCI引用近1900次,是人造血干细胞主要生物标志(CD34+CD38-)及其分离纯化方法的主要作者和发明人之一,获相关美国及欧洲专利,1998年获美国血液和骨髓移植协会最佳青年论文奖(摘要),1998年国际血液治疗和移植工程协会最佳年度论文奖(摘要),2000年获国家自然基金海外杰出青年基金白血病干细胞课题一项,2002年获科技部重大基础研究项目(973)子项目一项,2003年获国家自然基金杰出青年基金一项。2002年组建湖北省干细胞研究与应用中心,2005年组建湖北省生物靶向治疗重点实验室,2005年经省卫生厅批准,首次在湖北省开展自体免疫细胞治疗临床应用新技术。是美国血液学会和美国科学促进会会员。

自回国工作以来,黄士昂教授带领团队已在白血病研究中分别积累了上千例的免疫表型、细胞遗传和分子生物学研究资料,相关研究结果已在《白血病(Leukemia)》等国际杂志上发表了8SCI收录论文,IF6.0以上2篇,其中6篇为通讯作者。成功建立了多色高分辨流式细胞技术、多色流式细胞分选、体外单细胞克隆培养、细胞周期与细胞凋亡检测、染色体核型与FISH检测、定量PCR与基因突变检测技术等平台,相关实验方法和其检测分析出的结果,均已在国际专业杂志上发表。
