阎一林博士简介:阎一林,美国俄勒冈大学(University of Oregon)神经生物学研究所高级副研究员(Senior Associate Investigator)。阎一林在美国俄勒冈大学生物系获得博士学位(PhD);先后在俄勒冈大学做博士研究,任副研究员 (Associate Investigator)。2005年以来, 在俄勒冈大学神经生物学研究所任高级副研究员。自1991年开始,在国际斑马鱼研究起源地俄勒冈大学从事斑马鱼的科学研究。在发育生物学、分子遗传学、进化生物学和基因组研究等方面有着20年的丰富研究经验。主要在以斑马鱼为动物模型研究人类疾病,斑马鱼基因组复制, 小RNA (microRNA)调控与人类疾病的关系等领域有重要的发现和贡献。业已发表有关学术论文69篇, 其中包括权威杂志:《自然-遗传学》(Nature Genetics) (两篇),《科学》(science), 《基因组研究》(Genome Research) (六篇),《分子生物学和进化》(Molecular Biology and Evolution) (两篇),《发育》(development) (六篇),《遗传学发展趋势》 (Trends in Genetics) (两篇),《血液》 (Blood) 《发育生物学》(Developmental Biology) (九篇), 《遗传学》 (Genetics)和《基因组》 (Genomics)等。发表文章被引用次数达5069次。是斑马鱼原位杂交(in situ hybridization)技术的奠基人之一。曾被特聘为欧洲1994年EMBO原位杂交技术讲座指导教授。已指导包括博士生,硕士生,大学生等数十名学生的论文及实验。
