外在的和内在的因素都会导致DNA损伤,甚至使DNA双链断裂。DNA损伤激活一个非常保守的信号通路,使细胞周期停止,并给细胞足够的时间来修复受损的DNA,以保证遗传信息的完整。这一过程是由很多分子共同参与完成的。突变或缺失其中的一些基因使受损的DNA不能被修复,导致基因组的不稳定并最终导致肿瘤的产生。该报告将介绍

吴家雪, 男,1976年生。2000年毕业于华南热带农业大学。2006年复旦大学获得博士学位。2007年至今在美国密歇根大学作访问学者。
