报告摘要:
天然产物中的生物活性小分子是重要的新药来源。现已发现许多小分子是经过糖基化修饰的,并且糖基的修饰对小分子的生物活性是必须的,因此,改变糖基修饰是人为创造新药,改善现存药物性状的有效途径。本报告将介绍抗癌抗生素mithramycin生物合成途径中两个双功能酶,MtmGIV与MtmC的鉴定,及其在糖基修饰中的功能与在创造mithramycin衍生物中的应用。
